  I just called 911 about a dog left in a hot car outside of Sams. The dispatch person asked what my emergency was. I told her about the dog. She said LA Marque and that's it. Disconnected. Then I called again. Told another female dispatcher. She said to call the non emergency number. I asked her what it was and she said hang on and we were disconnected. So, I called back one more tI'm and the dispatcher said, is this about the dog. I said yes, she said that's la Marque. This is Texas City. Like I know the difference. I haven't lived here that long and I called 911. So I did call the non emergency number in LA marque when I found it. The dispatchers in Texas City were rude and anyone reviewing the tape would hear it. If they were in a state of true emergency and I was holding up their phone lines, I apologize. If not, that was rude.

  Would not answer phone until the 7th time calling.then the officer that answered the phone told me he did not know the answer to my question because he just started.very unprofessional.
